Mary-Kate Olsen, 22, can exhale. Federal prosecutors have decided not pursue a criminal case into how Heath Ledger obtained the powerful painkillers that contributed to his overdose death this year, according to AP. Which means she no longer needs immunity because she doesn't have to talk.
I said she probably wasn't going to be forced to testify.
And I saw this shit on TMZ early (2 a.m.) this morning. But the writing is so bad, I only kind of knew what the hell it was talking about.
