[Update: Kim Vo's grandmother is Vietnamese, which makes him a quarter.]
His last name suggests he could be. Awful Plastic Surgery asserts he is. And upon closer inspection he does look like he might be part Vietnamese. Although, thanks to all the work he seems to have had done, it's hard to tell.

BTW, in case you have no idea who Kim Vo is, he's a hair color expert, co-proprietor of B2V Salon, a correspondent on E!'s Daily 10 and a judge on Bravo's Shear Genius. But lately he's been getting more attention for having an over-plumped pout and other plastic surgery procedures, gone awry.
According to the B2V Web site, Vo was born in Vietnam (which doesn't necessarily mean he's Vietnamese) and raised in Europe. And Kimvo.com says "his artistry is rooted in his Vietnamese-French childhood." Still cryptic.
Do any of you know his actual ethnicity? And while I'm on the subject, does any one have any pre-plastic surgery pics of Vo?
As it stands, this is the best before & after comparison I can come up with.
Update: I just found the answer, on Elle. Vo's grandmother is Vietnamese, which makes him a quarter.
One question remains. Does any one have any pre-plastic surgery pics?
In case you're wondering, "Why the strange, random posting?" I'm a quarter Chinese. And I like to spot my fellow Asian peeps.
